| COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
WHEREAS Bluewave Antenna Systems Ltd. has built a solid reputation as a quality manufacturer;
AND, Bluewave products enjoy long service life because of the care and attention paid to the company’s design, manufacturing, testing, and shipping standards;
AND, errors, omissions, or the substitutions of components or processes could negatively affect the quality of Bluewave products and the reputation of the company;
AND, every Bluewave employee has the authority to question what they believe to be practices or processes that will compromise the quality or appearance
of a Bluewave product or package.
ACCORDINGLY, all employes at Bluewave agree that we will abide by the Bluewave Commitment to Quality as follows:
1. All products must strictly conform to designed specifications approved by the Senior Vice President. More specifically:
• Substitutions to designed specifications or changes to approved manufacturing or testing procedures can only be made by the Senior Vice President.
• All products must conform to an approved Work Construction and Bill of Materials approved by the Senior Vice President before manufacturing begins.
• All products must meet designed electrical specifications.
• All products must be free of mechanical faults or deficiencies.
2. All products must have a flawless finish.
3. All product containers or crates must reflect the quality of the product they contain and ensure that the products reach the client undamaged.
4. All products shipped must be accompanied by appropriate installation instructions.
5. All products must be shipped in accordance with client instructions and must be accompanied by a signed certificate indicating the product meets the company’s Quality Assurance standards. |
